How to Place an Order

Step1. Rigister

Open www.cosplaypub.com and then check the top right side to find "register" button. Or click this link to register directly: http://www.cosplaypub.com/authentication.php?back=my-account.php. Then pls choose "creat your account" to register.

Step2. Login in

If you are already one of our members, just click "log in" on the top right side of our home page or you can click this link directly: http://www.cosplaypub.com/authentication.php?back=my-account.php

Step3. Pick out what you prefer

You can find your ideal garment on our website www.cosplaypub.com easily or you can check "live help" or click "contact us" to contact us to help your selection.

Step4. Add to cart

When you find the dress(es) you want to order, just need to enter dress size and color and then click "add to cart".

Step5. Confirm billing address and delivery address

There are summaries when you "add to cart" to re-confirm all your order details, and then pls confirm your address.

Step6. Choose delivery

You can choose EMS, TNT, DHL, UPS, or FedEx to ship your order according to your event date. Or our service can help you find the best shipping method for you.

Step7. Pay

You can pay by bank wire transfer, or western union, or paypal.

Step8. Check confirmation in loginned e-mail box

When you place your order successfully, pls kindly check your regsitered email to find your "Order Confirmation" email sent from service@cosplaypub.com within 24 hours. If you did not get it, pls email us immediately. It is very important!

Step9. Get agreement on all details

All orders must be confirmed within 5 days after getting full payment of your order. Otherwise, our system will change your order status automatically to be "making your order" without any return, exchange and refund under any condtion, which are only for already paid orders. Pls consider this carefully and if you have any questions, pls contact us without hesitation.

Step10. Production

We will make and sew your dress（es）within 20 working days according to confirmation email stated and will not accept any exchange, refund and return under any circumstances.

Step11. Ship

We will ship your order within 2 working days after finishing production to re-check all your order details including order styles, colors, sizes and shipping methods strictly according to confirmation email. And our customer service will send you tracking number after the shippment for you to track it online in person and will also change your order status to be "shipped".
